Cheddleton Directions

To get to Cheddleton you go on the A520 between the towns of Leek and Stone.

Starting Point.

As you enter Cheddleton from the south at the top end of the village there are two lay bys, but if you can find a parking spot further down in the village do try, otherwise it will be a steady climb back up at the end of your walk.

Distance and Time.

About 61/2 miles or less if you do the shorter walk, a little more if you go to railway.

The Map.

As you see you start at Hollow Lane opposite the Red Lion Pub. Skirt the Deep Hayes Country Park, along the Caldon Canel and back to Cheddleton. Sorry no map available at the moment but follow with explorer 258  9752.
