Gnosall Heath Directions

Take the A518 from Stafford or Newport. From Stafford as you come down into Gnosall and bear left you will see a pub in front take the turning to your left and the Boat Inn is ½ a mile down the road.  From Newport as you are entering Gnosall and just before you bear left you will see a pub (I think it is call the Royal Oak) on your right take the turning right and the Boat Inn is down this road.

Starting Point  

There is a car park for shops just before the Boat Inn ample parking around this area anyway.

Distance and Time 

5 ½ miles about 2 ½ to 3 hours nice stroll.

The Map 

Along the Canal to Church Eaton, Lower Cowley, Upper Cowley through woodland and back to the Boat.
